2) How we use personal information
We use information to:
Deliver Services (SEO audits, implementation, reporting, paid media management, support).
Operate our site (security, debugging, fraud prevention, access control).
Analyze & improve (measure performance, A/B testing, quality assurance).

Advertising/retargeting & measurement (only with consent or where permitted by law).
Legal & compliance (recordkeeping, enforcing agreements, responding to lawful requests).
EU/UK legal bases: consent (Art.6(1)(a)), contract (b), legal obligation (c), and legitimate interests (f)—e.g., site security, service improvement, B2B marketing where appropriate.
3) Sharing of personal information
We share with:
Service providers/processors (hosting/CDN, email, analytics, payment, CRM/automation, task tools).
Advertising/analytics partners (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) when non-essential tags are enabled.
Professional advisors (legal/accounting) and authorities if required by law.
Business transfers (merger, acquisition, financing).
We require processors to protect data and use it only per our instructions.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some U.S. laws define “share” for targeted advertising; you may opt out (see Your Privacy Rights).
4) Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, local/session storage, pixels, and tag managers. Control preferences via Cookie Settings in the footer and your browser. Details: Cookie Policy.
5) Social logins and integrations
If we offer sign-in or connect features (e.g., Google), we receive profile elements authorized by you. Your use of those platforms is governed by their policies.

7) Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law (e.g., tax). When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Backup media are cycled on a schedule; if immediate deletion isn’t feasible, we isolate until removal.
8) Children’s privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact support@gridtier.com and we will delete it.

11) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege access). No method is 100% secure; please use unique, strong passwords and share credentials only as necessary.
